Shipping Time

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. *Business Days Only.
Orders are sent directly from our New York, US warehouse. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information. After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.
To return your product, You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
